Some beach goers in western Russia may be thinking twice at a return visit, after a Russian military ship plowed onto the shore of a Baltic Sea beach during a training exercise. The video of the incident was taken by one of the vacationers and posted online. It shows the amphibious landing craft “Bison” sailing on its air cushion and making a loud noise as it sailed closer to a crowded beach.
The ship did not seem to slow as it approached the shore. It eventually landed on the beach as people scrambled to get out of the way. No one was hurt in the incident.
