RECIPE: Vegan Tzatziki sauce

The instructions to make Vegan Tzatziki sauce follow the recipe provided by Karmavore Cafe and Dessert Lounge.

1 liter container vegan yogurt (Amande or WholeSoy & Co.)
1/2 English cucumber with peel
2 cloves garlic peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon squeezed)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper

Toss everything into Blendtec and press SAUCE button.
Pour into a serving dish, cover tightly, and refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
