The victims of a mid-air plane crash near Pemberton have now been identified.

Four people were killed when a Cessna collided with a glider. 42-year-old Terrance Gale and 51-year-old Rita Turnbull were flying in the Cessna that crashed.

Both were from 100 Mile House, and were on their way to Vancouver Island.

50-year-old Rudy Roza-Paleck was piloting the glider, along with his passenger, a 21-year-old tourist from India.

The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.
