TORONTO – A man has been arrested and charged after allegedly filming up a woman’s skirt using a cell phone at a grocery store in Toronto’s Liberty Village area.
Police say the incident occurred on Monday at 2 p.m. while the victim was shopping near Lynn Williams Street and Liberty Street.
Authorities say the woman was unaware she was being recorded and witnesses called police.
Paul Moore, 35, of Courtice has been charged with one count of voyeurism.
Police believe there may be more victims.
