Many questions submitted for Global BC’s third virtual town hall on the coronavirus focused on when things will start getting back to normal and what it will look like.
Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix once again joined Global BC News Hour at 6 anchors Chris Gailus and Sophie Lui to take our audience’s questions.
Among the topics from viewers were spending time with grandchildren, the lasting physical effects of the virus, international travel, antibody testing, and what to do if you’d planned a wedding this summer.
Last Friday, Henry and Dix released the province’s second set of modelling data, saying social-distancing measures are indeed working to slow the spread of the disease and must remain place for now, adding that mid-May is the earliest they would consider lifting any restrictions.
