Winnipeg – A 61-year-old woman is facing multiple charges after Winnipeg Police say a large marijuana grow operation was discovered inside a Garden City home.
On Friday morning, officers executed a search warrant on a bungalow in the 100 block of Attache Drive.

Officers found 631 marijuana plants with a street value of more than $700,000 dollars.
Thousands of dollars worth of equipment and dry, packaged marijuana were also seized.
Neighbours tell Global News they rarely saw anyone at the home.
The suspect was released from custody on a Promise to Appear.
