Teen charged in connection with longboard attack in Kamloops

A 15-year-old has now been charged in connection with an attack in Kamloops that left a man with severe head injuries.

Last March, 46-year-old Michael Forry was hit in the back of the head with a longboard after getting into an argument with a group of teenagers in a convenience store parking lot.

Since then, Forry’s family says he’s made a miraculous recovery and has just recently been released from hospital.

The 15-year-old boy is charged with aggravated assault.
