A candlelight vigil was held in Kelowna for a man who died while staying at a sanctioned homeless camp – Dec 19, 2019

The man who died earlier this week while staying at Kelowna’s homeless camp on Recreation Avenue was honoured there Wednesday night.

At the candlelight vigil for 39-year-old Shane Bourdin, along with grief, mourners also expressed anger.
