Toronto police say two teenagers who were the subject of an Amber Alert have been found safe.
The alert was issued just after 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday by the Ontario Provincial Police at the request of Toronto police.
Officials said two teenagers were last seen in Toronto’s west end and in the presence of their father, who was described as a suspect wanted in connection with their abduction.
Toronto police said the accused was wanted on an immigration warrant.
The Amber Alert was cancelled approximately an hour after it was issued.
Police said the father was taken into custody.
