SALMON ARM, BC — A judge has ruled in a heated legal battle between a developer and City of Salmon Arm. The dispute was over the terms of a planned marina on Shuswap Lake. And even though the was successful in defending itself, local taxpayers are still facing a considerable financial toll. Robert Buffam reports.
