Tim Bosma’s truck found north of Toronto

HAMILTON, Ont. – Police say a pickup truck belonging to a Hamilton man who has been missing for a week has been located in Kleinburg, a small community north of Toronto.

Hamilton police say the Dodge Ram vehicle was found at the home of Madeline Millard, the mother of a man arrested Saturday in connection with the disappearance of Tim Bosma.

Bosma, 32, disappeared last Monday after taking two men for a test drive of his truck, which he had posted for sale online.

Officers have also been investigating the Region of Waterloo International Airport, where the family of the arrested suspect owns a hangar.

Dellen Millard, 27, was arrested and charged Saturday with forcible confinement and theft over $5,000.

On Sunday, Bosma’s mother issued a public plea for his safe return, saying his disappearance is breaking her heart.

Mary Bosma struggled to keep her composure as she described how her son’s absence has affected his family, which includes his wife and a young daughter.

“My heart is broken. I love him so much. We just want him home,” she said in her emotional Mother’s Day message.

The search for Bosma is continuing. Police have said they are seeking another suspect in connection with the case, but the second man has not been identified.

He’s described as white, five-foot-nine to five-foot-10, 170-180 pounds, in his mid-20s, with dark hair.

Investigators said they have “relentlessly pursued” more than 300 tips sent to police, who have set up a hotline solely for the Bosma case.
