Marek offers four stress coping strategies to control your thoughts, which helps so your thoughts don’t control you:
1. Write down your stressful thought
2. Ask yourself: Is this thought true? Is it helpful?
3. Rewrite the thought.
4. Affirm that truth until the negative thought dissipates.
“And when that negative thought dissipates, your emotions will start to get more in check with inner peace,” said Marek.
