The Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) says that its customer service centre and the Acadia youth centre in Sackville, N.S., will be closed for the remainder of the week due to flood damage.

The Acadia Centre, which houses both municipal programs, was temporarily closed on Monday due to flooding and it appears that the damage will be enough to close the facility for the week as repairs are carried out.

The HRM says other services in the Acadia Centre remain open at this time.
