A Clarington, Ont., man faces impaired driving charges following a crash in the City of Kawartha Lakes on Sunday.
OPP responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 7 near Mount Horeb Road just west of the village of Omemee.
Police say an officer determined the driver had been consuming alcohol.
Myles Robertson, 27, of Clarington, was arrested and charged with operation while impaired — blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
He was released and will appear in court in Lindsay on March 21.
