A huge pothole slowed down the Friday morning commute for motorists along Highway 1.
The pothole was located under the Willingdon Overpass, which made it very difficult to see, until drivers actually hit it.

One man had both his front tires badly damaged.
Multiple cars were affected.
“I was driving, it’s dark of course, traffic flowing at a pace, and bang, either a pothole or debris, I still don’t really know,” said one motorist. “It took out both my tires.”
Crews have now fixed the pothole.
