Halifax Regional Police say they’ve identified a 22-year-old man in connection with a pair of allegedly indecent acts that occurred in the Burnside area of Dartmouth, N.S.
Police have not released the man’s name.
Officers say that they have received two reports, one on July 25 and a second on August 12, of a man masturbating.

The man is described as five-foot-nine-inches tall and weighing 250 pounds with a heavy build.
At the time of the incident, the man was reportedly wearing only a black G-string.
Police are asking anyone with information on the incident to contact police at 902-490-5020.
