Police are on the lookout for four men in relation to an alleged stabbing that occurred in Kanata, Ont., Tuesday night.
The Ottawa Police Service said a young man was stabbed during an attempted robbery at a house party on Cedar Valley Drive in the west-end suburb.
Officers were called to the residence at around 9 p.m. due to reports of a disturbance after a large house party had spread out onto the street.
Police responded soon after receiving the call and found a 15-year-old boy with minor injuries. He was treated by Ottawa Paramedics at the scene and transported to a local hospital.
The party was dispersed by police without any further issue.
There are four male suspects in the incident. Police describe the first suspect as a dark-skinned male, five feet nine inches tall with a stocky build, curly hair and the side of his head shaved. The second is described as an Arab male, five feet eight inches tall with a skinny build, said police, adding that he was wearing a dark-coloured Tru Religion T-shirt at the time of the incident.
Police also described suspect number three as an Arab male, five feet nine inches tall with a heavyset build and a beard. Police do not have a description of the final suspect, though they say the investigation is ongoing.
