Former NBA star Dennis Rodman is known for grabbing headlines – usually though, it’s not in the realm of international diplomacy. Whether it’s a bizarre PR stunt (probably) or a serious effort to bring change (maybe), Rodman’s appearances in North Korean and the Vatican have turned plenty of heads in recent weeks.
