Sudden death in West Kelowna

RCMP attended the scene of a sudden death in West Kelowna on Monday afternoon.

Emergency crews were called to the 3200 block of Shannon Lake Road shortly before 12:30 p.m.

The 72-year-old man’s death does not appear suspicious in nature.

Initial reports indicate the man slipped and fell in his bathtub and subsequently drowned.
