More million dollar homes are being bought now than ever before in Winnipeg.
According to a study released Nov. 20 by Century 21, 40 homes worth a million dollars or more have been sold in Winnipeg so far this year.

That’s 11 more million-dollar homes sold than in 2016 and 24 more than 2015.
It’s also a huge jump from 2007, when only four such homes were sold.
In the last 20 years, the average house price in Winnipeg has risen 235 per cent.
