Fair warning – if you see military personnel carrying guns in the North End after dark Tuesday, don’t be alarmed, it’s a drill.

Public affairs for the Department of National Defence said in a statement that members of the 38 Canadian Brigade Group will be holding a ‘ruck march’ Nov. 14 from 7 – 10 p.m.

The march will happen near the McGregor Armoury between Dufferin Avenue and Partridge Avenue.

Some 45 soldiers will be carrying service rifles during the training exercise, but the guns will not be loaded.
