The Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) has confirmed another case of mumps in the Halifax area — bringing the total up to four.
Symptoms of the mumps include swollen or painful salivary glands, fever, headache, muscle aches, weakness or fatigue and loss of appetite.

People with symptoms of the disease are asked to contact a family physician.
