NOTE: This article has been updated multiple times to include additional names of women who allege abuse by Harvey Weinstein.
Over the last few weeks, a disturbing number of women have come forward, telling their alleged stories about harassment and assault at the hands of former movie executive producer Harvey Weinstein.
Ranging from A-list actors to young up-and-comers, women of all stripes have emerged to accuse 65-year-old Weinstein, substantiating the supposed “open secret” of his behaviour towards women.
So far, at least 52 women have made accusations, and their tales each have disturbing similarities. Weinstein, through his representative, has denied all accusations of non-consensual sex.

Sean Young
Young worked with Miramax on the movie Love Crimes in 1992, and claims that Weinstein exposed himself to her. She was candid about her experiences with him on Austin, Tx.-based podcast Dudley and Bob With Matt Show.
“I personally experienced him pulling his you-know-what out of his pants in order to shock me,” she said. “My basic response was, ‘You know, Harvey, I really don’t think you should be pulling that thing out, it’s not very pretty… and then leaving, and then never having another meeting with that guy again.”
Young previously accused actor Warren Beatty of sexual harassment, which he denied. She says that her career has suffered immeasurably because she was one of the only ones who stood up to powerful Hollywood men.
“The minute you actually stand up for yourself in Hollywood you’re the crazy one… that’s why a lot of women don’t come out with their experiences with that kind of lewdness and ridiculousness.”

Heather Kerr
Former actor Heather Kerr came forward to the Los Angeles Times with her Weinstein story on Oct. 20.
She claims that Weinstein sexually assaulted her during a meeting in 1989. She says that he forced her to touch his penis and told her that she’d have to be good in bed in order to make it in Hollywood.
“He told me that first I would have sex with him and then he would take me to parties and show me who I had to sleep with after that,” said Kerr. “But first he needed to know ‘how good’ I was.”
Amber Anderson
Anderson posted her alleged encounter with Weinstein to her Instagram page, saying that Weinstein “coerced” her into a private meeting in 2013, when she was only 20 years old. According to Anderson, he propositioned her with a “personal” relationship.
“He told me not to tell anyone I was alone with him, told me if I did it might affect my opportunities,” she wrote. “He tried to take my hand and put it in his lap, which is when I managed to leave the room.”
Katya Mtsitouridze
Mtsitouridze, a Russian actor and head of Russian film body Roskino, says she’s had numerous unsettling encounters with Weinstein over the years.
During the 2004 Venice Film Festival, she claims he greeted her in his hotel room wearing only a bathrobe, and then says he suggested she give him a massage. She alleges that he said his scheduled masseuse was late and they could “have fun without her.”
She says she managed to escape when a server came to the room with champagne, and she tried her best to avoid Weinstein over the next several years. They crossed paths at a recent Cannes Film Festival, where Weinstein allegedly said to her, “Don’t even think about saying anything, forget all about it, be a smart girl.”

Lysette Anthony
British actor Lysette Anthony claimed to the U.K.’s Sunday Times that Weinstein pushed her inside her own home and raped her in her hallway. Weinstein, who Anthony says knew her socially, allegedly showed up at her door one day, and she says things turned ugly immediately.
“He pushed me inside and rammed me up against the coat rack and started fumbling at my gown,” Anthony claims. “He was trying to kiss me and shove inside me.”
Anthony said she wasn’t able to fight him off, calling the alleged incident “revolting.”
Trish Coff
Model Goff recounted her story to the New York Times, saying that she agreed to meet Weinstein for lunch in 2003.
He allegedly asked her inappropriate, intimate questions, focusing on her love life. Goff claims he put his hands on her legs.
“When we finally stood up to go, he really started groping me, grabbing my breasts, grabbing my face and trying to kiss me,” she recalled, saying that she allegedly told him: “Please stop, please stop.”
Goff was one of many in the fashion world to tell alleged stories about Weinstein, illustrating that the scandal may have stretched far beyond Hollywood.
Vu Thu Phuong
Phuong, a Vietnamese actor, wrote a long Facebook post in her native language on Oct. 12, and it was eventually translated into English. Phuong claims she agreed to meet Weinstein in a hotel room in 2008 to discuss a potential film role.

When she showed up, he was allegedly alone in the room wearing only a towel.
She claims he then offered to show her how to perform sex scenes. “I can teach you, don’t worry,” she alleges he said to her. “Many stars have also been through this.”
Phuong says she refused and managed to leave the hotel.
Lupita Nyong’o
In an op-ed column for the New York Times on Oct. 19, Nyong’o wrote about her alleged personal experiences with Weinstein.
She tells the story of first meeting Weinstein in 2011 while she was still a drama student. According to Nyong’o, he invited her to his Connecticut home for a film screening and met for lunch. At the lunch, Nyong’o alleges he tried to force her to drink vodka (which she doesn’t like), and she refused. She claims he became angry at her refusal, and called her “stubborn.”
He then allegedly took her up to his bedroom and said he wanted to show her something, and offered her a massage.
“I felt unsafe,” she wrote. “I panicked a little and thought quickly to offer to give him one instead. It would allow me to be in control physically, to know exactly where his hands were at all times.

After giving him the massage, she says that he started to remove his pants. That’s when she left.
Her next encounter took place at a restaurant in New York for a screening of Weinstein film Finding Neverland. Post-screening, at a dinner, he allegedly propositioned her, saying he had a private room booked upstairs.
“I was stunned,” she wrote. “I told him I preferred to eat in the restaurant. He told me not to be so naïve. If I wanted to be an actress, then I had to be willing to do this sort of thing. He said he had dated Famous Actress X and Y and look where that had gotten them.”
She declined, saying that she “would not be able to sleep at night if I did what you are asking.”
Nyong’o claims that after her rejection the evening came to an abrupt ending, and they left the restaurant before ordering any food.
Later on in her op-ed, she says that Weinstein apologized to her at the Toronto Film Festival in 2013.
A Weinstein spokesperson has a different version of the events with Nyong’o:
“Mr Weinstein has a different recollection of the events, but believes Lupita is a brilliant actress and a major force for the industry,” they said.

Jane Doe
An unidentified Italian model-actor met with the Los Angeles police on the morning of Oct. 19, claiming that Weinstein sexually assaulted her at a hotel in 2013, making her the sixth woman to accuse Weinstein of rape or forcible sex acts.
She alleges that Weinstein showed up “without warning” in the lobby of her hotel, and when she rebuffed his offer to come up to her room, he did anyway.
She claims that she tried to show him pictures of her mother, who was undergoing chemotherapy at the time, and her children, to defuse the situation. Unfortunately, she says, that didn’t work.
“He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do,” she said. “He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me.”
A representative for Weinstein said that she “can’t respond to some anonymous complaint,” and thus had nothing further to say.
Angelina Jolie
Jolie claimed she had an unsettling experience with Weinstein while doing press for 1990 movie Playing By Heart, as she recounted to The New York Times. She accused him of inappropriately advancing on her in a hotel room.
“I had a bad experience with Harvey Weinstein in my youth, and as a result, chose never to work with him again and warn others when they did,” Jolie said in an email. “This behaviour towards women in any field, any country is unacceptable.”
Gwyneth Paltrow
Paltrow accused Weinstein of summoning her to his hotel room after he had hired the then-22-year-old for the lead role in the Jane Austen adaptation Emma. Once inside the room, she claimed to The New York Times, he placed his hands on her and proposed they give each other massages in the bedroom.
“I was a kid, I was signed up, I was petrified,” she said.
She said that she told her boyfriend at the time, fellow actor Brad Pitt, who then confronted Weinstein. Soon afterwards, she said, Weinstein warned Paltrow not to tell anybody else about what happened in the hotel room.
Ashley Judd
Judd first spoke about her alleged experiences with Weinstein in 2015 to Variety, but didn’t name him.
“He was very stealth and expert about it. He groomed me, which is a technical term — Oh, come meet at the hotel for something to eat. Fine, I show up. Oh, he’s actually in his room. I’m like, Are you kidding me? I just worked all night. I’m just going to order cereal. It went on in these stages. It was so disgusting. He physically lured me by saying, ‘Oh, help me pick out what I’m going to wear.’ There was a lot that happened between the point of entry and the bargaining. There was this whole process of bargaining — ‘Come do this, come do this, come do this.’ And I would say, ‘No, no, no.’ I have a feeling if this is online and people have the opportunity to post comments, a lot of the people will say, ‘Why didn’t you leave the room?,’ which is victim-blaming. When I kept saying no to everything, there was a huge asymmetry of power and control in that room.”
She told The New York Times about another alleged incident at the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel for a “breakfast business meeting.” Instead, she says she was invited up to his suite, where Weinstein was wearing only a bathrobe. He then asked if he could give her a massage or if she’d watch him take a shower, according to Judd.
“I said no, a lot of ways, a lot of times, and he always came back at me with some new ask,” she said. “It was all this bargaining, this coercive bargaining.”

Rose McGowan
Perhaps the most vocal of all the accusers, McGowan has said publicly on social media that Weinstein raped her. The New York Times article from last week alleges that Weinstein paid McGowan a settlement in 1997 in exchange for her silence.
Since the accusations have gone public, McGowan has openly posted on her Twitter page about her allegedly abusive relationship with him, though she hasn’t gone into specific detail about any particular incidents.
Heather Graham
Writing a guest column in Variety, Graham recounted an alleged meeting with Weinstein sometime in the early 2000s.
Graham tells a story of being called into Weinstein’s office, and the producer being interested in her starring in one of his movies. He allegedly told Graham that he and his wife had an “agreement” whereby he could sleep with other people when he wasn’t at home. While Weinstein never made an outright statement to Graham about getting the role in exchange for sex, she claims the “subtext was there.”
“A few weeks later, I was asked to do a follow-up meeting at his hotel,” she wrote. “I called one of my actress friends to explain my discomfort with the situation, and she offered to come with me. En route, she called me to say she couldn’t make it. Not wanting to be at the hotel alone with him, I made up an excuse — I had an early morning and would have to postpone. Harvey told me that my actress friend was already at his hotel and that both of them would be very disappointed if I didn’t show. I knew he was lying, so I politely and apologetically reiterated that I could no longer come by.”
Mira Sorvino
Sorvino’s alleged experience took place at the Toronto Film Festival in 1995, when she was alone with Weinstein in a hotel room. After he began to massage her shoulders, she felt “very uncomfortable,” and then he allegedly chased her around the room.
Back in New York a few weeks later, according to Sorvino, he showed up uninvited to her apartment late at night. She said she lied and said that her boyfriend was en route, which prompted Weinstein to leave.

Cara Delevingne
Initially, Delevingne met with Weinstein and a director in an unidentified hotel lobby, but then she said the producer asked her to stay behind to “chat.”
“As soon as we were alone he began to brag about all the actresses he had slept with and how he had made their careers and spoke about other inappropriate things of a sexual nature,” she said on Instagram. “He then invited me to his room. I quickly declined and asked his assistant if my car was outside. She said it wasn’t and wouldn’t be for a bit and I should go to his room. At that moment I felt very powerless and scared but didn’t want to act that way hoping that I was wrong about the situation. When I arrived I was relieved to find another woman in his room and thought immediately I was safe. He asked us to kiss and she began some sort of advances upon his direction. I swiftly got up… I said again that I had to leave. He walked me to the door and stood in front of it and tried to kiss me on the lips. I stopped him and managed to get out of the room.”
Kate Beckinsale
British star Beckinsale was a mere 17 when she had her first encounter with Weinstein. She was invited to meet him at the Savoy Hotel, where she said he opened the door in his bathrobe.
“I was incredibly naive and young and it did not cross my mind that this older, unattractive man would expect me to have any sexual interest in him. After declining alcohol and announcing that I had school in the morning I left, uneasy but unscathed.

Rosanna Arquette
Weinstein allegedly requested that Arquette meet him in his room at the Beverly Hills Hotel to pick up a script. She told The New York Times that he opened the door in his bathrobe and then asked for a massage from her.
He allegedly “grabbed her hand” and pulled it towards his erect penis, and then boasted about the numerous famous women he’d slept with. She claimed she said, “I’m not that girl; I will never be that girl” to him before leaving the room.
Asia Argento
Argento, an actor and director, was invited to an event on the French Riviera at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in 1997. When she got there, she discovered only Weinstein and one other producer in the room. Shortly afterwards, the producer left, leaving the two alone.
She alleges that Weinstein changed into a bathrobe and emerged from another room holding lotion. He then asked her for a massage, which she refused at first, but eventually did. She told The New Yorker that he “forced her legs apart, and performed oral sex on her as she repeatedly told him to stop.”
From there, she maintained a “nightmare” relationship with Weinstein for years, claiming she “felt like I had to.”
“When I see him, it makes me feel little and stupid and weak,” she said. “After the rape, he won.”
Léa Seydoux
Seydoux too was invited to Weinstein’s hotel room for a drink, she wrote in The Guardian.
“He invited me to come to his hotel room for a drink. We went up together. It was hard to say no because he’s so powerful. All the girls are scared of him. Soon, his assistant left and it was just the two of us. That’s the moment where he started losing control. We were talking on the sofa when he suddenly jumped on me and tried to kiss me. I had to defend myself. He’s big and fat, so I had to be forceful to resist him. I left his room, thoroughly disgusted.”

Ambra Battilana Gutierrez
Gutierrez, an Italian model, sought legal action against Weinstein. In 2015, she reported to the New York Police Department that he had groped her breasts and attempted to put his hand up her skirt during a meeting. Police gave her a wire to wear so she could record potentially incriminating audio during their next encounter.
The audio from that encounter, released this past week, is harrowing, and Weinstein can be clearly heard saying he’s “used to that.” Citing a lack of substantial evidence, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office declined to file charges.
Sophie Dix
The British actor, then 22, said that she was invited by Weinstein to his room at the Savoy Hotel in London, England. What happened next, she insisted, ruined her career in movies.
“As soon as I was in there, I realized it was a terrible mistake. I got to the hotel room, I remember talk of a massage and I thought that was pretty gross. I think he showed me his big back and I found that pretty horrid. Then before I knew it, he started trying to pull my clothes off and pin me down and I just kept saying, ‘No, no, no.’ But he was really forceful. I remember him pulling at my trousers and stuff and looming over me and I just sort of — I am a big, strong girl and I bolted… ran for the bathroom and locked the door.
I was in there for a while, I think. He went very quiet. After a while I remember opening the door and seeing him just there facing the door, masturbating, so I quickly closed the door again and locked it. Then when I heard room service come to the door, I just ran.”
Claire Forlani
British actor Forlani starred in the Miramax-produced 2000 movie, Boys and Girls. She said that she “escaped” Weinstein’s sexual advances five times.
“I had two Peninsula Hotel meetings in the evening with Harvey and all I remember was I ducked, dived and ultimately got out of there without getting slobbered over… yes, massage was suggested. The three dinners with Harvey I don’t really remember the time period, I was 25. I remember him telling me all the actresses who had slept with him and what he had done for them.”

Jessica Barth
Seth MacFarlane claims his 2013 joke at the Oscars nominations ceremony was in reference to Weinstein’s behaviour towards Barth, which she confided in him.
Barth said she met Weinstein at his suite at the Peninsula Beverly Hills, where he “alternated between offering to cast her in a film and demanding a naked massage in bed.”
When she tried to leave the room, he supposedly told her that she needed to lose weight if she wanted a career in Hollywood, and gave her a female executive’s phone number.
Emily Nestor
Nestor, who worked as a temp for Weinstein earlier in her career, said she was invited to his hotel room at the Peninsula Beverly Hills. She alleges that Weinstein, after bragging about his many sexual conquests, coaxed her into giving him a massage.
Judith Godrèche
The French actor met with Weinstein at the Cannes Film Festival to talk business. Afterwards, he allegedy invited her to his suite at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, where she said he asked to give her a massage.
“The next thing I know, he’s pressing against me and pulling off my sweater,” she said, before quickly leaving the room.

Louise Godbold
The director of a nonprofit, Godbold wrote a blog post detailing an alleged encounter with Weinstein in the early ’90s.
Florence Darel
The French actor says that Weinstein pursued her relentlessly in the ’90s, and then even propositioned her at The Ritz hotel while his wife at the time (Eve Chilton) sat in the neighbouring room.
“He started to tell me that he found me very attractive and wanted to have relations with me,” Darel said. “I told him I was very in love with my companion. He replied that didn’t bother him at all and offered to have me be his mistress a few days a year. That way we could continue to work together. Basically, it was ‘If you want to continue in America, you have to go through me.’ What could I do? Could I go to the police and say, ‘This disgusting man made me an indecent proposal in his hotel room at The Ritz?’ They would have laughed at me.”
Zoë Brock
In 1997, Brock met Weinstein at the Cannes Film Festival. As many other women allege, he took her to his room at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
“Harvey left the room, but not for long,” she wrote on Medium. “He re-emerged naked a couple of minutes later and asked if I would give him a massage. Panicking, in shock, I remember weighing up the options and wondering how much I needed to placate him to keep myself safe. He asked if I would like a massage instead, and for a second I thought this might be a way to give him an inch without him taking a mile.”
According to her story, she left the room when an assistant arrived.

“I’m so sorry,” Brock says the assistant said to her. “I want you to know that of all the girls he does this to you are the one I really felt bad about. You deserve better.”
Sarah Ann Masse
Masse, an actor and writer, told Variety that she worked as a nanny in 2008 in New York City to make some money on the side. She was asked to interview with Weinstein at his home in Connecticut to possibly babysit his kids. He allegedly came to the door, alone, in his underwear and undershirt, and proceeded to interview her in those clothes.
Tomi-Ann Roberts
Roberts was a 20-year-old aspiring actor when she met Weinstein in 1984. The producer used to frequent a restaurant where she worked, and he eventually asked her to meet him at his hotel to talk about a role in a movie. When she got there, as she recounted to The New York Times, he was allegedly naked in the bathtub.
According to her, he said that she should get “naked in front of him, too, because the character she might play would have a topless scene.”
Dawn Dunning
Dunning, a costume designer in the film industry, said that Weinstein offered her a screen test before inviting her to dinner. When she arrived at the restaurant, she was told that Weinstein was in a meeting that was running late, so she “should head up to his suite.”
There, she claims, Weinstein opened the door in his bathrobe, and proceeded to offer her contracts for three movies if she participated in three-way sex with him. Dunning said she laughed at the suggestion, and then Weinstein scoffed in return: “You’ll never make it in this business. This is how the business works.”
Liza Campbell
Writer and artist Campbell alleged that Weinstein called her out of thin air in 1995 and invited her to his hotel room to discuss potential gigs. When she showed up, he asked her to “join me in the bath.”
Louisette Geiss
In a press conference this past Tuesday, screenwriter and actor Geiss, along with her lawyer Gloria Allred, alleged that Weinstein masturbated in front of her when he invited her to his office, conveniently adjacent to his hotel room.
“After about 30 minutes, he asked to excuse himself and go to the bathroom,” she claimed. “He returned in nothing but a robe with the front open and he was buck naked. When I finished my pitch I was obviously nervous, and he just kept asking me to watch him masturbate. I told him I was leaving. He quickly got out of the tub and grabbed my forearm as I was trying to grab my purse and led me to his bathroom, pleading that I just watch him masturbate.”
Lauren Sivan
Sivan, a journalist, met Weinstein at a dinner with colleagues in 2007. Afterwards, they went to a nearby club in which Weinstein was an investor. He allegedly offered to give her a tour. Once they reached the kitchen, according to Sivan, he ordered the staff to leave and then started masturbating in front of her, and prevented her from leaving.
“I could not believe what I was witnessing. It was disgusting and kind of pathetic, really,” Sivan said earlier this week on Today. “But more than the disgusting act itself, which of course was gross, the demeaning part of it all — that just 20 minutes earlier, he was having this great conversation with me, and I felt so great and flattered by it.”
Romola Garai
The British actor recounted her experience to The Guardian, saying that she was only 18 years old when she auditioned for Weinstein. She did a professional audition, and then was told she needed to be “personally approved.”
“I had to go to his hotel room in the Savoy, and he answered the door in his bathrobe,” she said. “I felt violated by it, it has stayed very clearly in my memory. The transaction was just that I was there, the point was that he could get a young woman to do that, that I didn’t have a choice, that it was humiliating for me and that he had the power.”
Emma de Caunes
The French actor said she met with Weinstein for lunch at the Rita in Paris in 2010 to discuss making a book into a movie. According to The New Yorker, Weinstein said he forgot his book in his hotel room, and he asked her to go with him to retrieve it.

Once there, he allegedly disappeared into the bathroom and came out with an erect penis and nothing on. He asked her to lie down on the bed and said many other actors had already done it. She described herself as “petrified” in that moment, said she refused and left the room immediately.
She claimed that Weinstein tried calling her relentlessly afterwards, even sending her gifts.
Alice Evans
On Oct. 14, Evans wrote an op-ed for the U.K.’s Telegraph, documenting her alleged encounter with Weinstein.
She believes that her brief experience with (and rejection of) the executive producer may have permanently damaged her and her husband’s (Ioan Gruffudd) careers. She claims that Weinstein tried to touch her breasts during the 2002 Cannes Film Festival.
“Suddenly, out of nowhere, he’s asking me to go into the hotel bathroom with him. I laugh, make a joke. Keep rambling. But he continues, ‘Just go. I’m right behind you,'” he allegedly said to her. “‘I want to touch your t***. Kiss you a little.'”
After she said no, Weinstein allegedly said to her, “Let’s hope it all works out for your boyfriend.”
Lucia Evans
Aspiring actor Evans met Weinstein at a New York club in 2004. He allegedly invited her to his office, and when she got there, he was alone in the room. She claims he forced her to perform oral sex on him.
“I said, over and over, ‘I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t,'” she said. “I tried to get away, but maybe I didn’t try hard enough. I didn’t want to kick him or fight him. He’s a big guy. He overpowered me.”
Zelda Perkins
Weinstein assistant Perkins, based in London, told The New York Times that she supposedly confronted him in 1998, threatening to go public if he didn’t change his treatment of women. She allegedly received a settlement from the Miramax legal department, and as such, declined to comment further.
Laura Madden
The ex-Weinstein Company worker said to The New York Times that Weinstein had asked her on multiple occasions for massages.
Katherine Kendall
Kendall alleges that Weinstein asked her to attend a movie screening, and then invited her to his apartment afterwards. She claimed that he then changed into his bathrobe and asked her for a massage. Kendall claims she said no, and then he left the room, returning without the robe.
“He literally chased me,” she said. “He wouldn’t let me pass him to get to the door… I just thought to myself: I can’t believe you’re doing this to me. I’m so offended — we just had a meeting.”
Erika Rosenbaum
Rosenbaum said she first met Weinstein at a Los Angeles party when she was in her early 20s. She said she met with him three more times to talk about her career, and alleged Weinstein acted inappropriately and tried to be intimate with her.
She alleged that during their third encounter — in a hotel room during the Toronto International Film Festival in the mid-2000s — Weinstein held her by the back of her neck and masturbated while standing behind her.
Mia Kirshner
In an op-ed published Friday in the Globe and Mail, Mia Kirshner of Toronto alluded to “an ordeal” with Weinstein. She alleged he attempted to treat her “like chattel that could be purchased with the promise of work in exchange for being his disposable orifice.”
Lena Headey
Game of Thrones star Headey posted her alleged account of Weinstein’s harassment to Twitter on Oct. 17.
Headey claims she endured two separate incidents, one that she brushed off as a joke, and then another when he allegedly tried to get her up to his hotel room. You can read the harrowing details, above.
Angie Everhart
Everhart, like Headey, didn’t come out with her alleged story until after dozens of other women did. Everhart said in a TMZ Live interview that Weinstein masturbated in front of her in the cabin of a yacht at the Venice Film Festival and wouldn’t let her leave the room.
She claims she shared her story with others and they just dismissed it, saying, “Oh, that’s just Harvey.”
“When I talked about it before, nobody listened,” she continued. “And now people are listening. And not just for me. I’m glad people are listening, so it doesn’t happen anymore because it’s not OK.”
Larissa Gomes
Like her costar Melissa Sagemiller (below), Gomes’ alleged encounter with Weinstein took place while on the Toronto set of Get Over It. Gomes, then 22, claims that Weinstein tried to get her to expose her breasts, and he attempted to try to kiss her on the lips.
“He would not stop,” she said to the Los Angeles Times. “He just kept pushing his hands close to my chest forcefully until I finally was able to get up and away from him.”
Eva Green
The 300 star alleges that she had to push Weinstein off of her during a Paris business meeting.
“He behaved inappropriately and I had to push him off. I got away without it going further, but the experience left me shocked and disgusted,” she said to Variety.
Paula Williams
Williams claimed in a 20/20 interview that Weinstein invited her to a dinner party. He allegedly sent a car to pick her up, and when she arrived at the home, she said she was the only one there. She was only 20 years old at the time.
“He immediately starts massaging my neck as I walk in, so I know right away that this… is going to be uncomfortable,” she said.
After he allegedly exposed himself to her, she ran out of the home and through other people’s yards to escape.
Juls Bindi
In 2010, Bindi was 29 years old and working as a massage therapist in Hollywood. She alleged on 20/20 that Weinstein attacked her at the Montage Hotel after he took off his clothes and asked her about his penis size.
She claims that she ran into the bathroom to hide, but he chased after her and allegedly started masturbating in front of her. When she tried to escape the room, she attests, he grabbed her and started touching her breasts aggressively.
Marisa Coughlan
Coughlan told The Hollywood Reporter that in 1999, she allegedly met with Weinstein in the Peninsula Hotel to discuss future roles. Upon her arrival, according to her, his assistants quickly left the room, leaving the pair alone. She claims he offered her a role in exchange for sex.
She alleges further invitations and unwelcome advances at the hands of Weinstein, but says she remained steadfast and denied them all, often reminding Weinstein that he was a married man.
Lauren O’Connor
O’Connor was an assistant at TWC, and she told the New York Times that while there, she sent a brutally honest memo about Weinstein’s alleged misbehaviour to several executives of the company.
“There is a toxic environment for women at this company,” she wrote, among other things.
O’Connor is one of at least eight women who reached a settlement with Weinstein over the years.
Melissa Sagemiller
In a Huffington Post interview, Sagemiller described three alleged lewd situations with Weinstein. One took place in 2000, while filming TWC-backed teen comedy Get Over It.
She claims a second incident happened at a lunch meeting, when he allegedly tried to get her into his hotel room. The third time, she alleges, happened when Weinstein called to get her “delivered” to his private plane.
“I was definitely talking about it when we would go out with the cast because I was trying to warn the other girls, and I was trying to be tough about it and make a joke about it,” she said.
