Winnipeg police are on Main and Selkirk for what they are calling a “serious assault”.
Officers were called to scene around 2:15 a.m. Sunday morning and had Selkirk at Main Street closed for more than six hours.

Police say a man in his 20’s was taken to hospital suffering from stab wounds.
The victim is currently in stable condition.
