The foster parent charged with criminal negligence in the death of a 10-month-old baby boy was released on bail Friday.
“This is a big huge tragedy. But, not for just him but for his family,” lawyer, Tony Kavanagh said.

The 22-year-old was arrested after the baby was rushed to hospital Tuesday afternoon with what police described as a head injury.
The baby died later that day.
The accused is married with a three year-old.
