Global News has learned that two fires in Saint John have been deemed suspicious and are now being handed over to Saint John Police.
Both fires occurred in vacant homes on Victoria Street within days of one another.

The first occurred early on Thursday at 114 Victoria St. while the second happened at 112 Victoria St. on Sunday morning.
Mark Wilson, the division chief of Fire Prevention and Investigation, told Global News that the investigators are finishing their reports and both will be referred to Saint John police.
