TORONTO – Toronto police say a special needs teacher is facing four charges in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It’s alleged that between September of last year and March 7 of this year, a 12-year-old boy was sexually assaulted at a home in the city’s northeast (near Markham Road and Sheppard Avenue East.)

It’s also alleged that during the same time period, another 12-year-old boy was assaulted at the same home.
Kearsley Peters, 56, is charged with sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual interference and assault.
Police say they believe there may be more victims and they are asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
