Regina police are looking for a 41-year-old man after there was an explosion in his Cathedral apartment on July 2.
Regina police, along with fire crews, were called to the 2100 block of Robinson Street after it was reported an apartment building was on fire after multiple alleged explosions.
After an investigation, it was discovered that the fire and explosion were because of a clandestine extraction lab.

A large quantity of marijuana, cannabis resin and drug paraphernalia related to the production of cannabis resin were seized by police.
The occupant of the suite was nowhere to be found and police are looking for him in the investigation.
Forty-one year-old Chi (Tom) Qouc Thang is described as an Asian male, around 5’5” tall and 132 pounds, with a thin build, brown eyes and black hair (possibly shaven bald).
