WINNIPEG — A 25 year-old Winnipeg man has been charged with numerous offences after police say witnesses spotted him loading a handgun outside an Arlington Street Bar.
Winnipeg police were called to the 1100 block of Arlington around 11:55 p.m. Monday night.

Police said a man had physically assaulted another customer. When he left the bar police said he was then seen removing and loading a handgun.
The suspect was disarmed without issue.
Chad Daniel Cameron has been charged with 13 offences:
- careless use of firearm
- possess weapon dangerous to public peace
- unauthorized use of firearm
- possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition
- unauthorized possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm in a motor vehicle
- assault
- utter threats to kill
