Toronto police say a man wanted after a woman complained she was grabbed and sexually assaulted at a Toronto gym has turned himself into police.
Since Friday, authorities have been on the lookout for 37-year-old Andrew Gordon of Toronto in relation to the incident at the Planet Fitness location on York Gate Boulevard near Jane Street and Finch Avenue.
On Sunday, Gordon turned himself in to police at 31 Division.
Investigators say when a woman entered the lobby of the gym last Friday, a man stepped in front of her and blocked her path.
The victim alleges the man put her in a bear hug and sexually assaulted her. The woman was able to break free and run from the building.
Gordon is scheduled to appear in a Finch Avenue courtroom on Tuesday, May 16.
