Santa doesn’t need a list for our pets — because they’ve all been good this year. So good, in fact, that the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association estimates that we’ll be spending up to $8.3 billion a year on them by 2018.
The most spending goes toward eco-friendly services, premium food and natural products, but even the most health-conscious pooch or kitty deserves to find something frivolous (and maybe even a little decadent) under the tree this year. So go ahead and splurge on your favourite four-legged friend. They’ll be eternally grateful — as usual.
