Charges are pending after Calgary police foiled a bank robbery in the Crowfoot Crossing shopping area on Wednesday.
Officers arrived at the BMO Bank of Montreal location on Crowfoot Way N.W. at around 11 p.m. after an alarm was triggered.

Police surrounded the bank and said one man inside was taken into custody without incident.
No injuries were reported.
