WINNIPEG –Winnipeg police are on the lookout for two suspects in connection to a robbery that happened in May.

On May 1, around 6:30 a.m., police responded to the report of a robbery at a pharmacy in the 2500 block of Portage Avenue.

Two suspects entered the business while attempting to hide their identity, police said. The suspects confronted staff and demanded merchandise before fleeing.

There were no injuries.

Although the two men made efforts to conceal their identity during the robbery, they were seen without their disguises getting out of a black Dodge Avenger in a nearby residential area and fleeing on foot, police said.

On Friday, police released sketches of the two suspects. The first man is described as in his 30s, around five foot nine, with an average build  and brown hair. The other man is described as having a darker complexion, around six feet tall, 200 pounds and with dark hair.
