Little House Contracting is currently building micro-suites as carriage homes with plans to unveil a micro-home development in 2017.
The first tours of the micro-house will begin on Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 755 Stockwell Avenue.
More tours will be offered Nov. 8, 9, 10, 14, and 15 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Nov. 8 and 10 in the evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
