RCMP issued an advisory on Sunday urging drivers to be careful due to deteriorating road conditions in Saskatchewan.

Travellers are reminded to use caution, slow down, be aware of road conditions and drive accordingly.

Officials said some minor accidents have been reported across western parts of the province where road conditions have been described to be very icy.

Environment Canada ended a freezing rain warning for much of central Saskatchewan on Sunday afternoon.

No major collisions have been reported, however there have been some calls about jackknifed semis on highways.
