A Fort Saskatchewan resident is desperate for the return of a pendant that was stolen from a truck in the Woodsmere Close area.
RCMP said a number of items were stolen from inside the truck, including a gold urn-shaped pendant. The pendant is about five centimetres tall and contains the ashes of a close family member.

“The victim of this theft has been considerably affected by this crime,” RCMP said in a media release Tuesday afternoon.
It’s not known when the theft happened. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP at 780-997-7900. Anonymous information can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
