A Vernon distillery company is reaching out to the public to help identify two thieves who apparently have a thirst for expensive whiskey.
The break-in happened last Saturday morning at Okanagan Spirits Crafts Distillery where the suspects pulled up in a Toyota pick-up truck.
Video surveillance shows the men peering through the front door window and driving away.
They returned minutes later and smashed through the front door. Once inside, they attempted to break open a display case causing thousands of dollars in damages. The display contained several limited editions of Okanagan Spirits Laird of Fintry Whiskey only available through annual lottery.
The suspects are seen fleeing the store with some liquor bottles before driving away in the truck.
