A 48-year-old man is facing five charges in connection with a break and enter at a business in Regina on Monday morning.
At around 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 26, Regina police were called to the 1800 block of McAra Street for a suspicious vehicle.
Police say officers were also told a man was seen entering and leaving a locked compound.
Police stopped a vehicle matching the description of the suspicious vehicle nearby. The suspect attempted to flee but was arrested without incident.
Tony Hudson, who is from Regina, has been charged with two charges of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, attempt break and enter at a business, resist arrest and possession of break-in instruments.
Hudson appeared in provincial court in Regina on Monday afternoon.
