A Kelowna senior was rushed to hospital following a break and enter Thursday night.
Police say the incident happened at around 9 o’clock at a home in the 600 block of Denali Court in the Dilworth Mountain area where three masked men forced their way into the home.
RCMP say the home was occupied by a 70-year-old man and two women.
They say the suspects assaulted the three occupants before fleeing with some electronics.
Police launched a search for the suspects but couldn’t locate them, but they did find the stolen electronics.
RCMP say the 70-year-old man was seriously injured during the assault and was rushed to hospital for further treatment.
They say the three suspects are believed to be in their twenties, were wearing dark clothing and black masks.
