TORONTO – A 34-year-old Toronto man is facing charges after allegedly making surreptitious recordings of a person under the age of 18.
Toronto police did not provide any details in the case, including the setting in which the recordings were allegedly taken or the man’s relationship to the alleged victim.
Luke Sertl surrendered to police earlier this week, a day after investigators executed a search warrant in the city’s northwest end.
Sertl is charged with voyeurism, making and possessing child pornography.
He is due to appear in court next month.
