Halifax Regional Police have arrested and charged a second teenager in connection with the Joseph Cameron homicide.
The 15-year-old was arrested Wednesday morning. He has been charged with first-degree murder.
Cameron was found shot dead in Dartmouth on March 29.

The 15-year-old suspect is scheduled to appear in youth court in Halifax on Thursday.
Halifax police also a 17-year-old male was arrested in London, Ont., earlier in July. He has also been charged with first-degree murder.
He was eventually brought back to Halifax and is also scheduled to appear in youth court Thursday.
