Police say a 55-year-old pedestrian hit by a car last week in north Etobicoke has died in hospital.
They say the man was trying to cross Albion Road east of Islington Avenue around 11:20 a.m. July 5 when he was struck by a 2010 Honda Civic driven by a 45-year-old.
The pedestrian was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead on Friday, police announced Wednesday.
