Fire fighters were quick to extinguish a house fire yesterday in Penticton.
The fire was reported at a residence on Middle Bench Road North at around 6:30 last night.
Crews arrived to smoke and flames coming from the roof.
They had the situation under control within minutes and everyone got out safely.
It was the homeowners who called 9-1-1. No word on the extent of damage or cause.
