WINNIPEG — Thursday night was supposed to be the start of the city’s fogging schedule to control mosquitoes, however due to inclement weather conditions, that plan was postponed.

Weather permitting, the city will start fogging Friday 9:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. Saturday, in insect management areas 35 to 39 and 42 to 51.
