WINNIPEG – Police have arrested a man after two girls were sexually assaulted at a Winnipeg high school.

Officers say around 2:00 p.m. Monday, a 22-year-old man showed up at Windsor Park Collegiate on Cottonwood Rd. and started talking to some girls he didn’t know.

The man allegedly followed the two students inside the school, making unwanted advances at them. Police say that’s when they were inappropriately touched and sexually assaulted.

Police arrested 22-year-old Leon Mukengeshayi Thursday afternoon and charged him with two counts of sexual assault.
