All Leisure Centres are closed on Monday but have normal hours of operation on Saturday and Sunday.
All swimming pools will be closed on Monday except for Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex (open 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.) and Pan Am Pool (open 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

Crescent Drive, Harbour View, John Blumberg, Kildonan Park and Windsor Park Golf Courses will all be open on Monday from 5:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.
All public libraries will be closed on Monday.
On Monday, Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule.
There will be no changes to garbage and recycling collection for residents whose collection day is Monday.
The Animal Services Agency will be closed on Monday.
