BRANTFORD, Ont. – A 47-year-old Mississauga, Ont., man escaped unscathed after the small aircraft he was flying flipped over during landing in Brantford, Ont., Wednesday night.
Provincial police say officers and emergency services arrived at the Brantford airport to find a single-engine Cessna plane lying on its roof.
Police say the pilot, who was the only person in the plane, was taken to a hospital as a precaution but suffered no injuries.
The Transportation Safety Board says it gathered information on the incident and determined that no investigation will be needed.
