BURLINGTON, Ont. — A 61-year-old man from Burlington, Ont. is facing four charges connected to a child pornography investigation.
Ontario Provincial Police say they launched an undercover investigation last month and allege the suspect tried to arrange to have sex with an officer posing as a youth.

Brian Birley was arrested on Wednesday, and police have seized his computer for further investigation.
Birley is charged with three counts of making arrangements to have sex with a minor and one count of accessing child pornography.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
