WINNIPEG — Every year, hundreds of Manitobans dedicate their time to make a difference in our community – often expecting nothing in return.
Many volunteers who go above and beyond will be recognized Wednesday morning as Volunteer Manitoba prepares to honour 30 volunteers in 12 different categories during their annual awards celebration.
The ceremony will also include a Global News Women In Leadership Award.
Volunteer Manitoba will announce the winners of the 33rd Annual Volunteer Awards Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. at the Winnipeg Free Press News Cafe.
An awards dinner will be held Apr. 28 at the RBC Convention Centre.
