MONTREAL – Trois-Rivières police arrested two teens Friday in connection with an alleged murder plot.
The two boys, aged 17 and 18, were detained for questioning and are expected to appear via video-conference before a justice of the peace Saturday.
They are facing possible charges of plotting a murder and could face additional charges.
The Sûreté du Quebec’s (SQ) Major Crimes Unit is collaborating with the Service de Sécurité Publique de Trois-Rivières on the investigation.
According to Audrey-Anne Bilodeau with the SQ, the two are expected to appear before a judge, in person, on Monday.
